How to adjust the backpack?

1. Before you buy a backpack, you should loosen all adjustment belts and add weight, because without weight, you can't know the feeling of the backpack's back and the adjustment range is appropriate.

2. After carrying the backpack, check whether the arc of the aluminum strip is in line with the back curve. If it is not, check whether the aluminum strip is bendable; if it can be bent, the aluminum strip will naturally bend into a curve that matches the back when used for a period of time. 3. Shoulder straps and backpacks must be 5-8 cm below the shoulders, and the space between shoulder straps and backpacks should be small. The chest strap adjusts the width of the shoulder strap at the front of the chest and makes the shoulder strap more comfortable on the shoulder and prevents the backpack from shaking.

4. When adjusting the backpack to the most suitable position, check the sight of the head. Can you look up and not touch the top of your backpack? Can you still look up to the sky while wearing a helmet?

5. The adjustment range of the shoulder harness must be consistent with the length of the back so that the center of gravity can fall in the ideal position; the hip belt must be able to tie on the sacrum. You should also be able to see the hips and legs from behind when lifting your backpack. Women with smaller bodies should pay special attention to this point. Do not look back on the backpack and calf when carrying the backpack. This is very wrong and dangerous.
